Refund policy

At Fuchsia, we are committed to ensuring you love what you purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

🗓️ Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

🚚 Return Pickup & Charges

  • For regular returns, pickup charges will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

  • In case of a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Fuchsia will arrange the pickup and cover the return shipping cost.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment source or as store credit, based on your preference.
